To access your account from the Login screen:

1. Go to your Webmail login page (login page)
2. Type your user name in the Username field.
3. Type your password in the Password field.
4. Click the Login button

Once you have completed the login process, your Inbox appears.

This tutorial will show you how to change your email password while logged in to Webmail.

1. Click Settings.
2. Click Password.
3. Enter your current email password in the Current Password field, enter your new email password in the New Password and New Password (again) fields, and then click Save.

Passwords must follow these guidelines:

• At least 8 characters in length
• Contain at least 3 of the following types of characters:
  - uppercase letter (A-Z)
  - lowercase letter (a-z)
  - number (0-9)
  - special characters (e.g. -=[]\;,./~!@#$%^&*()_+{}|:<>?)
  
• Not include e-mail address
• Not be a common keyboard sequence, such as "qwerty89" or "abc123"

Webmail allows you to import a list of contacts from another mail application. Currently, only vCard and CSV file formats are supported. Remember, each contact will be added to the Contacts group regardless of the destination group to which you import your CSV file.

To import a contact list

1. Click the group to which you want to import the contacts.
   The group window opens in the list pane.
2. Click the Import contacts icon in the heading.
   The Import contacts window opens.
3. Click Browse and browse to the contact file you want to upload.
4. Click the file to select it.
5. Click the Open button.
6. Optionally, from the Import group assignments drop-down list, choose the group that will contain the new contacts. If you don't select this option, the contacts will be imported into the Contacts group only.
7. Click Import.
   Webmail imports the contents of the file and assigns the contacts to the Contacts group and, optionally, to the group you selected.
8. Close the Import contacts window by clicking Back in the upper left corner.

Contacts can be exported in vCard format; the filename ends with.vcf.

To export contacts

1. Click Address Book.
2. From the Groups pane, choose the group that contains the contacts that you want to export.
   Select Contacts if you want to export all of the contacts in the Address Book.
3. Optionally, click to select the individual contacts that you want to export.
   To select multiple contiguous items, select the first item, hold down the Shift key, and then click the last item. To select multiple non-contiguous items, hold down the Ctrl key and click on each of the items that you want to select.
4. From the Export drop-down list, choose Export all or Export selected.
5. Choose where to save the exported file if prompted; otherwise, check the Downloads folder on your computer for a file called contacts.vcf.

1. Log in to your Workspace Email account
2. From The Address Book menu, click Contacts
3. Click Export
4. Click Export CSV
5. In the Download dialog Box, click Save
6. If prompted, specify the folder you want to save the file in and the name of the file, and then click Save
